We collect information you provide directly, including through the Buyer Profile, Seller Property Profile, Rewards inquiries, the general contact form, and scheduling requests — such as your name, email, phone, property preferences, and details about your transaction goals.
Automated information
We use analytics (Google Analytics 4, where configured) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, forms started or completed, and general navigation. We also capture referral/UTM source information to understand which marketing channels are effective.

Submissions are processed through a private backend and stored in a private, access-controlled database. We do not make this information public or sell it to third parties.

We use BeachesMLS IDX for property search, Google Workspace/Apps Script for backend processing, and may use scheduling and analytics tools as configured. Each operates under its own privacy practices.
