Milenia is the Florida-licensed real estate professional at Nazaret Realty and leads all Florida brokerage services, including buyer and seller representation, transaction strategy, negotiations, property guidance, and brokerage activities requiring Florida licensure. Her market knowledge spans the coastal corridor from Jupiter to Miami, with particular depth in condo and waterfront properties. Nazaret Realty also assists select clients with commercial real estate transactions upon request.

Jeff is a partner in Nazaret Realty and helps lead the firm's business strategy, technology, research, marketing, operations and client experience. He previously spent more than 20 years as a broker-in-charge in North Carolina, with a background spanning residential and commercial brokerage as well as lending — experience that informs how Nazaret Realty builds its systems and serves clients today.
Jeff is not licensed as a real estate broker or sales associate in Florida and does not provide Florida real estate brokerage services. All Florida brokerage activity is led by Milenia.
