HOW REWARDS WORK
The order matters. Developers record who introduced a buyer at the first visit or registration — so Milenia must be your first call.
Call, text, email or book a time before visiting a sales gallery, submitting a developer form or attending an event.
You sign a written exclusive buyer-broker agreement. Milenia registers you, guides selection and negotiates on your behalf.
Up to 50% of Nazaret Realty’s eligible net buyer-side compensation, delivered at final closing where permitted.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Rewards are calculated on Nazaret Realty’s eligible net buyer-side compensation actually received at closing — not necessarily the gross commission. Compensation varies by property; no specific developer rate is implied. Some lenders limit or disallow buyer credits; Milenia will confirm what applies before you contract.
